Faith, Fear and Family: Recovering From Tragedy With Kelly Harrington – 011 Pt. 1

With Faith, Even Broken Can Become Brutiful

Wounds from family hurt or trauma can be some of the hardest to recover from. When tragedy strikes, families either grow closer or fall apart. In this episode, I’m joined by 21 year old Kelly Harrington as she shares her story. I see so much of myself in her; when her life changed dramatically, God faithfully met her in the midst of it. She recounts how her faith transformed as she learned to trust God and others despite valid fears and pain.

Make sure you listen to part 2 of Kelly’s story next!

Word of the show:
No cap / from the Urban Dictionary /

No cap usually means “no lie,” so it often follows an unbelievable statement or serious question. And according to, to “cap” can also mean to brag about something, so if you say “no cap,” it means you aren’t talking yourself up. Some people also use it to mean “totally.”

Example: That episode was really good, no cap.
